| Company was founded in 1976 in Istanbul – Turkey, with the intention of supplying the retail opticians with precision lenses. In those early days the company’s name was "Emin Gozluk ve Tekstil Ltd.”. |

| In 1999 a phase of substantial capital investment to modernise production facilities began. To emphasise this renewed technological orientation the company’s name was changed to “NET OPTIK”. As a part of its policy of supplying high quality products, Net Optik has always worked closely with the main Korean ophtalmic lens manufacturers. Through this and other collaborations, Net Optik took part in many important developments in surface conditioning technology, and continues to do so with several laboratories from different countries. |

| Same year, Net Optik joined forces with Savoie Abrasives, which is one of the major local manufacturer of a non-woven wheels and speciality abrasives for glass and metal industry, who looks back on 20 years of experience of successfully making high quality products. |

| In early 2001, the name FibraNEX® has stood for high quality non-woven products. Our growth and reputation are based on striving to be an “Applications Oriented Manufacturer” that creates new cost saving opportunities for many large metal producers. Working closely with customers to understand their processes, allows our company to more accurately select and manufacture the correct abrasive for their specific and ultimate finishing requirements. |

| As of November 1, 2008 Net Optik Ltd. has undergone an ownership change with Savoie Abrasives taking over control of the production and all other rights including tradenames, patents and copyrights. Company also moved its laboratory and a part of manufacturing plant to a newly owned facility in Istanbul, the metropol city of Turkey. |

| The new facility enabled Net Optik to expand manufacturing capacity in a more favorable production environment and to relocate its head office into the new plant. The other advantages of the new Istanbul location are that it is located nearer to what we view as major customer opportunities in Europe and to the customers with which we have developed an important relationship in our product development programs. |
